These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mylinkforall.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. The Site is operated by LINK FOR ALL LTD, trading as My Link for ALL, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17227981, with its registered office at 3 Brook Lane, Loughborough, LE11 3RA, United Kingdom ("we," "us," "our").

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on the Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide us is accurate and complete.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to differences in display settings and lighting during photography. Where a garment is hand-embellished, hand-embroidered, or made from natural fabric, minor variation between pieces is expected and is a feature of the craftsmanship rather than a fault.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing or description errors at any time, including after an order has been placed. If we discover an error after you have ordered, we will contact you before proceeding and offer a full refund if you would prefer not to continue.

3. Product authenticity and sourcing

Our range includes two categories of product, and we are transparent about the distinction:

• Garments we manufacture are cut and stitched from raw cloth at our own facility and are labelled "Distributed by mylinkforall.com" and "Made in Pakistan."
• Ready-made designer pieces, including third-party brands, are supplied to you as an authentic collection curated by My Link for ALL. We operate as an independent stockist of these brands; we are not the manufacturer, and original manufacturer labelling remains intact on the garment. Reference to any third-party brand name is for the purpose of identifying and describing genuine goods and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation between that brand and My Link for ALL, except where we are expressly appointed as an authorised retailer.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your delivery location and are shown exclusive of applicable duties and import taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. We currently trade in GBP, EUR, USD, CAD, AED, PKR, and other presentment currencies as shown on the Site; the currency you are charged in may differ from GBP depending on your location.

Payment is taken at the time you place your order, using the payment method you select at checkout. We use third-party payment processors to handle payment; your card details are not stored on our servers.

We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct at the time they are published. In the rare event of a pricing error, Section 2 applies.

5. Duties, taxes, and customs (DDP)

For international orders, we operate on a Delivered Duty Paid ("DDP") basis: applicable customs duties and import taxes are calculated and collected from you at checkout, so you should not be charged further by the courier or customs authority on delivery. This requires us to share your order and delivery details with customs authorities and our logistics partners in the destination country as part of the import process.

Where an order is cancelled or returned in full, any duties and import taxes collected at checkout are refunded to you along with the price of the goods.

Orders shipped to Pakistan are currently handled on a Delivered At Place ("DAP") basis; any local duties or taxes on delivery within Pakistan are the responsibility of the recipient. We will state clearly at checkout which basis applies to your order before you pay.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; we are not liable for delays caused by customs processing, courier disruption, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title to the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full.

7. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Our returns process, the statutory cancellation right available to consumers, and our refund timeframes are set out in full in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features of the Site, including order tracking and the Free Business Listing directory. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@mylinkforall.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, abusively, or in breach of these Terms.

9. Free Business Listing directory

We operate a Free Business Listing ("FBL") programme, allowing eligible businesses to list on the Site under our Standard, Premium, or Advertising Window plans. By purchasing or subscribing to a plan, you agree to provide accurate business information and to use the listing only for the lawful promotion of a genuine business.

We reserve the right to decline, edit, or remove a listing that we reasonably consider inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, or inconsistent with the character of the directory. Fees paid for FBL plans are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy as they relate to refund eligibility.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems, or another user's account;
• Upload or transmit any virus, malware, or harmful code;
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Site without our written consent;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including in orders or Business Listing submissions;
• Resell products purchased from the Site in the course of a competing business without our prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if we reasonably believe you have breached this section.

11. Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and the "My Link for ALL" name and branding, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

Product images and descriptions of third-party designer brands remain the property of their respective owners. Our use of them is for the purpose of accurately describing genuine goods available for sale, in accordance with Section 3.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with an order, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, business, or opportunity, that was not reasonably foreseeable to both parties at the time you placed your order.

This section does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, which are unaffected by these Terms.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site, except to the extent caused by our own breach or negligence.

14. Events outside our control

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from events outside our reasonable control, including customs delays, courier disruption, extreme weather, industrial action, or governmental restriction.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, legal requirements, or the Site. The version in force at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. We will post the current Terms on this page with a revised effective date.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, mandatory provisions of consumer protection law may nonetheless entitle you to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and this clause does not remove any such right where it applies by law.

17. Complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at the details below so we can try to resolve it directly. If you are an EU consumer and are unable to resolve a complaint with us directly, you may be able to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform to find an alternative dispute resolution body.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the Site and any order you place, and supersede any prior agreement or understanding.
